If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities.

Luke 16:10 (New Living Translation)

Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.

Luke 16:10 (New International Version)

Jesus went on to make these comments:
If you’re honest in small things,
you’ll be honest in big things;

Luke 16:10 (The Message)

An honest life shows respect for God;
a degenerate life is a slap in his face.

Proverbs 14:2 (The Message)

He whose walk is upright fears the LORD,
but he whose ways are devious despises him.

Proverbs 14:2 (New International Version)

Those who follow the right path fear the Lord;
those who take the wrong path despise him.
