Worry and Our Relationship with God
So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.
Matthew 6:34 (New Living Translation)
Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.
Matthew 6:34 (The Message)
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6:34 (New International Version)
Planning for tomorrow is time well spent; worrying about tomorrow is time wasted. Worriers are consumed by fear and find it difficult to trust God. They let their plans interfere with their relationship with God. Don’t let worries about tomorrow affect your relationship with God today.
Dear Kent,
Don’t let worries about tomorrow affect your relationship with ” GOD ” today. What a true statement that’s.
Worriers are surely consumed by fear and difficulties trusting ” GOD “.
My brother always tell me to put all my worries in “GOD’S ” hands. I’m sorry to tell you sometimes, I do worry about earthly things.
That, tells me I’m only humam. Sometime, we become weak in our faith. It’s the devil taunting me. My brother tell me, when this happens. I should tell the devil to get under my feet.
