The Lord is my shepherd;
I have all that I need.
He lets me rest in green meadows;
he leads me beside peaceful streams.

Psalm 23:1-2 (New Living Translation)

The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters.

Psalm 23:1-2 (New International Version)

God, my shepherd! I don’t need a thing.
You have bedded me down in lush meadows,
you find me quiet pools to drink from.

Psalm 23:1-2 (The Message)

  1. Imogen says:

    Yes, He does give me rest! He is the perfect Shepherd. He is the Shepherd and Bishop of my soul. After He has restored me He gives me rest. I am at peace with the Father once again after He has lovingly restored me. With sincere love for the brethren, Imogen.
