The father of my children isnt saved he is angry because after 8 years of me taking care of my children alone without help of any kind from him the department of human services has made him pay for support. when i chose to ignore god and go with this man ive had to pay the consequences for those actions by being alone and alot of suffering but i am back under gods wing after repentance and getting my life right with the lord. my life has become very strong with the lord and god is using me for his glory now the father is back and he wants to try to take the children from me. he brings chaos and and anger and he is trying to take my peace, and make unable to do what god has set for me to do. I know i have victory already in christ. i must stand under his protection knowing he will turn this for his glory. This is what i need to hear. It is my testimony of God's protection and deliverance in my life. Earlier this week the LORD took me through some deliverance and healing. I have been asking him to heal me from a disability. When I suffer with it, it leaves me very vulnerable spiritually. I felt raw inside. I felt as though sand paper was rubbing against my soul. However I chose to focus on Jesus Christ as my everything. I took my eyes off the disability and focused on Jesus Christ. He helped me and strengthened me. It felt as though I was going to be overwhelmed however Jesus took me by the hand and walked me through the fire and the water. The fire burnt up the vulnerability and the water soothed and quenched the effects of the fire. The fire and the water were part of the process of healing and deliverance. I discovered the meaning of Jesus Christ as my Deliverer. When I recognised this something broke and I received my healing. Just as He had delivered Israel from their enemies so too had He delivered me from this disability. He had used fire and water in the process. But because I focused on Jesus Christ these two elements were used for my good. When I go through fire and water I must rest in God; I must praise God; I must commune with Him constantly; I must trust God; I must glorify God; I must recognise who He is to me in the situation and call Him by this name. This provides the strength to go through to the other side and come out of the process with a victory. I have been praying to become closer to God. When this happens He deals with things in my life that come between Him and me. He makes me face issues I need to face. He cuts off things that are not pleasing to Him. This can be painful but it is worth it. It is worth is because I am closer to a Holy God than I was before the fire and water process. It is worth it because I come to know God in a deeper way. I praise my glorious Saviour! He only is worthy of all praise and majesty and glory and honour! This scripture is very meaningful to me.
