Joy

Restore to me the joy of your salvation,
and make me willing to obey you.
Psalm 51:12 (New Living Translation)
Restore to me the joy of your salvation
and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.
Psalm 51:12 (New International Version)
God, make a fresh start in me,
shape a Genesis week from the chaos of my life.
Psalm 51:12 (The Message)

One of my greatest honors over the years has been to be a referred site (Texas Poet) on this site. Sites such as this on the internet represent the best of us, as humans, and our desire to demonstrate our love for one another.
Sadly over the last two years, I have found my spiritual poetry work under attack by the non-christian world. It has proved discouraging to me at times, but sites such as this blog give me hope in the goodness of man, in the light of God’s Love for us all. I have decided to make my site private and available by invitation only to WordPress members who wish to read my work, and its continued growth in my new work. If you will drop me a line at: internationalpoet@msn.com, I will insure that your WordPress ID is logged on to my site, and you will have unlimited access to my work.
Of course, if you wish to contribute to the “Homeless Cause of Texas.” That can be accomplished by ordering or downloading one or both of my two published poetry books: http://lulu.com/texaspoet. Examples of my charity work in this area can be found in the New Smaritan Inn of McKinney, Texas. It is referred to as one of the most beautiful homeless shelters in the State of Texas.
