Seek his will in all you do,
and he will show you which path to take.

Proverbs 3:6 (New Living Translation)

In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.

Proverbs 3:6 (New King James Version)

Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go;
he’s the one who will keep you on track.

  2. John J. Rigo says:

“My Journey” copyright 2005 by John J. Rigo selection from “Rainbows Amidst Storms”

I have walked through the waters of sorrow.
Tears, blocking the sun of day,
as I stumbled each step of the way.

My voice softened to a whisper of sound,
    in calling my Lord.
I am weary from pushing these feet,
    wanting to rest, but cannot.

Was the answer I seek finally before me?
It was only when I finally gave up on me,
and turned to Thee, the the answer awaited me.

    Only through sorrow and pain,
can we know what Jesus gave us through His death.
Death of the mind, death of desire, death of worldly want,
only then can we surrender to His Will,
    and give up our own,
    do we find Him,
in the midst of eternal love.
A garment of light to carry us forward,
so that we never will shed a tear again.

  3. Florence Barnes says:

It was the summer of 1976, I was a young divorced mother of 5, trying to complete my senior year at Rutgers University. Upon leaving my home, the Holy Spirit stopped me “dead in my tracks” and told me “fall on your knees and pray. I did, I remember it as clearly as if it was this morning. I prayed Lord God, GUIDE ME, GUARD ME, AND LEAD ME. I know it was under the guidance and the unction of the Holy Spirit that I asked for these blessing in that specific order. “But God” has been giving me exactly what I asked him for all those years ago. This past April 9th, I celebrated my 68th birthday. and the Lord has never left me alone. I thank and praise him, in the Name of Jesus, AMEN.

Your words are encouraging.. I have been spoiled by God all my life.. Once I came to know him and accepted him as my Lord and Savior.. I took pride in knowing that he would supply my every need.. and now for the last 7 years maybe 8 ,.. I have struggled mentally …physically ..financially.. and even in my spririt..
My grandmother passed away at the age of 88..or so… about six years ago.. and that effected me more..than anything ..she was so special to me and like a 2nd mother too. Than a special Friend June died two years.. ago… and Last month my mother pass at the age of 77.. of cancer..suddenly..Lukemia of the blood..
I am begaining to think that these death are affecting my spritual life.. Even though
I promise the Lord after my friends death June who also die sudden at age 51.. that I would not let another death.. hinder my connection to Christ… Can you pray with me.. and Trust with me to God the Father..that I have a clear connection to him..and my prayers and situation be cleared up in Jesus Name.. Thank you Florence Barnes.. AMEN

Father God, we cme to You in the the Name of Your Son Jesus and speak peace to Florence Barnes this very hour… Depression, I command you to leave her, go to the dry places and do not return… in Jesus Name… Father, take hold of Florence’s hand and never let go… and let no circumstance or anyone who would separate Florence from you come near her life… allow her to feel Your presence often and know that YOU are with her always… through Your Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit inside her. Bring her a friend to walk this walk with her as it is written, “It is not good that we be alone.” And, let her know that when she is by her self that she is NOT alone, that she is never alone for You are with her always…. in Jesus Name I pray… Amen & Amen.

    Blessings,
    Trish
