I lost my mother in October of last year. I have tried hard to hold strong to my faith in the Lord with this situation. Every now and then I will start feeling sorry for myself and wish she was here. She spent most of her later years on this earth suffering from mental illness. There are times I have sat and wondered what I could have done to fix her problems. The truth is, down deep I knew that God had a plan for her. The more time passes, eventhough I will never stop missing her, I think of how blessed she is to be in such a holy place; not hurting anyomore. This whole experience has made me realize that I am not afraid to die. Sure I will miss the people I leave behind, but just like Molly, There will be a huge celebration when we reunite.

This is beautiful! If we can keep in mind the great joy in our eternal home, we may find it easier to deal with the stress and disappointments in our earthly lives. Our time here is only a brief stop on the way to an eternal life of peace, joy and unbounded love.
